Call for Artist Submissions Tay Gallery

We are accepting submissions from artists in the Ottawa area  for upcoming  group show  "Passages"  to be exhibited  from Oct 1 - Nov. 10 th  at Tay Gallery.

Deadline for email  submissions is  Sept.1, 2012.to lbrown@taygallerykanata.com

Pls. submit 2 - 4  images  of paintings relevant to the theme of the show, "Passages" and provide description,(size, medium, price) and biography, cv ,and website link .

Group show of paintings highlighting experiences of physical or mental travel, growth, life stages, events or personal transformation.

Fresh at Tay Gallery Kanata

Join us next week for the opening of our spring show, Fresh featuring four artists with encaustic paintings by Ted Duncan, oils by Paulette Marie Sauve , Denis Larouche and Twyla Webster. The show will run until April 30,2012.

Upcoming shows this spring include
Anne Barkley: "A Sense of Place" during the month of May and
John Alexander Day: "Light and Shadow" in June.

For July and August, The pace slows with " Summer Siesta", annual summer group show.

Matters of the Heart: Feb 1 - March 31, 2012

Tay Gallery Kanata presents Matters of the Heart, featuring figure paintings by Julie Himel, Susan Jillette, Terry Ananny and Marianna Mikhaylyan.

Visit the gallery Monday - Friday 10 - 6 pm and Saturday 10 - 4 p.m. The show runs until March 31 with Parts I and II. Additions to the show in Part II takes place March.
